
hey, I’m Nicole.​
I’m a yoga educator, author, and breathwork performance coach who’s spent over a decade helping people build strength, focus, and resilience — in movement and in life. I combine breathwork, visualization, and nervous system training to help individuals and athletes perform and recover at a higher level. As founder of Honest Yoga and author of Living Yoga Beyond the Mat, I’ve led hundreds of students and teachers to develop tools that go far beyond the mat — creating real, lasting transformation through discipline, awareness, and breath.

My Philosophy
I believe breath is the foundation of performance. My approach blends movement, breathwork, and visualization to train focus, calm the mind, and strengthen the body’s response under pressure. Whether I’m working with athletes or everyday humans, my goal is the same — to help people access their power, recover faster, and show up with presence, purpose, and clarity.
What I Do
I create spaces for people to move, breathe, and reset — whether it’s in the studio, on a retreat, or on the field/rink/court.
At Honest Yoga, we offer 60+ hot yoga, barre, Pilates, and strength classes every week to help you build strength, find stillness, and reconnect to yourself.
I also host global retreats — multi-day experiences to rest, recharge, and remember who the hell you are.
And through Athlete Recovery, I work with teams and individuals in 30–45 minute performance recovery sessions, combining breathwork and movement to train both the body and nervous system.
